Last updated: 7 June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Dublin Piano Tuner collects and uses personal data when you use dublinpianotuner.com, book an appointment, or contact us.

Who we are

Dublin Piano Tuner is operated by Attila Badi, trading as Dublin Piano Tuner, a sole trader registered in Ireland under the Registration of Business Names Act 1963 (registered business name number 779656). Registered place of business: 10 Merrion Park, South Hill Avenue, Blackrock, Co. Dublin, A94 HY38, Ireland. We are the data controller. For any privacy question, email [email protected].

What we collect

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

Payments

Online payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as the payment processor. Stripe handles your card details directly under its own privacy terms. We receive only the payment outcome and the booking information needed to provide the service.

Cookies and analytics

We use privacy first, cookieless analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics, and a self hosted Umami instance where enabled). These do not set advertising or cross site tracking cookies and do not build a profile of you, so this site does not need a cookie consent banner. During checkout, Stripe and our hosting layer may set strictly necessary cookies that are required to take a payment safely.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf and only as needed: Stripe for payments, our email provider for booking confirmations and correspondence, and Cloudflare for content delivery, security and cookieless analytics. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and contact details for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet our accounting and tax obligations, after which we delete them. You can ask us to delete data we are not legally required to keep.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its use, and to data portability. To exercise any right, email [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland (www.dataprotection.ie).

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date above shows when it was last changed.
